RMI seeks a founding team to serve the musical and confessional life of churches and households through performance, teaching, publishing, and media production. Our shared purpose is to create excellent resources, give them freely, and equip others to carry the work forward.

Our musical faculty would combine playing or singing with creating arrangements, recordings, and lessons. We also propose 29 training and formation places for developing instrumentalists and singers, combining personal tuition, rehearsals, and recording with growing experience in teaching others. Publishing, production, administrative, and leadership colleagues would help bring the community’s work into dependable use.

We envisage working in collaborating circles: teams with defined purposes, responsibilities, and delegated authority. Roles would follow gifts, competence, and capacity, with clear accountability for decisions and outcomes. People could serve in several circles alongside their principal appointment. Agreed consultation, dependable handovers, and independent board oversight would hold the work together.
